Dear Mr. Who.

The reason for writing this letter is to explain: that we’ve recently had some security problems, like the unauthorized access to the main account where we have all the information of all our clients and also we've had a problem with the unauthorized access to the building, some people can enter in our building without having a meeting with our executives. No-one has had anything stolen but we need to improve our security procedures. This is because of the fact that By entering in the building you have to show your security pass at the main entrance and if you are a visitor you must to ask for a visitor's pass and says who you are visiting and we have to re-check the pass inside the building. And in the other hand we have to implement a new security system for our computers, a new antivirus and a firewall, and also a new security system for entering in the portal, which ask you a private number, and our employees aren’t allowed to open personal e-mails at work or in the enterprise’s computers. By the next month we want to implement the new security measures to prevent these faults in the security. All the employees will receive the new security passwords to enter in the portal.

I hope the feedback I have given helps us to get rid of incidents that threaten our reputation and customers.
